How secure is selling my cards? (Contract & Shipping)
Your security is our priority. For collections valued at 1,000€ or more, we are happy to provide a written purchase agreement upon request – giving you maximum legal certainty before you ship your collection.
You will always receive a tracking number, and your package is insured via DHL for at least 500€. Additionally, we transparently document the arrival and verification of your cards.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We make it easy: From a value of 300€, we provide a free DHL label for sellers in Germany. For collections sent from Austria, Switzerland, or the rest of Europe, we offer attractive shipping solutions and support.
Most importantly: If you decide not to accept our final offer, we will return your cards to you free of charge. You take absolutely zero risk.
